GoCardless Swim England Masters National Championships 2025 date confirmed
December 11, 2024The date for the GoCardless Swim England Masters National Championships 2025 has been confirmed.
The event will once again return to Sheffield’s Ponds Forge International Pool in its usual end of October slot from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 October.
The three-day event is the highlight of the Masters short course calendar and attracts a packed field that gets stronger year on year.
More than 1600 swimmers entered the 2024 event, where Trafford Metro secured a superb three-peat of the Otter 150 Cup. The trophy is awarded to the club with the highest points tally accumulated throughout the competition.
Swim England will also be hosting the 2025 edition of the British Masters Championships, which will be held at the London Aquatics Centre for the first time in the competition’s history.
That event will take place from Friday 13 to Sunday 15 June following a year that saw more than 60 new records were broken at the 2024 event in Swansea.
Entry information for the 2025 editions of both events will be confirmed in due course on each event’s webpages, which you can find below.
Meanwhile, the dates for the GoCardless Swim England Artistic Swimming National Masters Championships and the GoCardless Swim England Open Water National Masters Championships have also been revealed.
The artistic swimming competition will be held at Ponds Forge on Sunday 6 July whilst the open water event will also head to Sheffield on Sunday 27 July at Rother Valley Country Park.
