Coaching and Poolside Volunteering

Assisting on poolside can be a highly rewarding experience, offering valuable insight into the roles, responsibilities, and skills needed for those aspiring to transition into coaching

Below are links to a number of helper modules for the specific disciplines. These can also be taken just for interest to expand knowledge of those disciplines. It is recommended to take the core skills module first as this covers information and skills applicable to all disciplines.

Aquatic Poolside Helper Core Skills

This course is to familarise a volunteer with the core skills and knowledge to support, assist and reinforce the instructions of a coach in their chosen discipline.
