Raise Temperature Warm Up Exercises
January 1, 2017No matter what the age and ability of your swimmer, their warm up pre-pool routine should start with two or three simple exercises to raise the temperature of their body.
Ensure your swimmers complete three to five reps of their exercises before moving on to either mobility (for younger swimmers) or self-release (for older swimmers).
